Deputy School Leader
This is a high-level educational leadership position responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the school's vision and strategic goals.
The Deputy School Leader will work closely with the Principal to lead the school community, fostering positive relationships among students, staff, and key stakeholders. They will also play a key role in improving educational outcomes for students and enhancing the quality of teaching and learning.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting the Principal to lead the school community and develop a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Deputising for the Principal when required.
* Embedding socially just practices in daily school life.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
They will also have a deep understanding of curriculum design and pedagogy, as well as experience in leading change and improvement initiatives within an educational setting.
