The role of Administration Officer shall support the service mainly in telephone bookings. The role will be working with the Administration Manager in maintaining a high standard relating to customer service for telephone bookings, communication with clients
paying attention to detail and work as part of the bookings team, working collaboratively with other members to share the bookings workload.
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Administration Manager of the BreastScreen Service, the Multi Skilled Administrator shall support the service in the areas of Bookings Reception in the BreastScreen Information System (BIS) and mammography image quality assurance in the PACS system.
Will be part of a team supporting administrative duties including but not limited to phone bookings within the service call Centre.

* Being female is recognised as a genuine occupation qualification and is authorised under section 31(2h) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977.
* Proven administration/reception/telephone bookings/data entry experience in a high-volume customer health service setting. This includes demonstrated ability to communicate respectfully and openly at a high level, both in verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and fast and accurate data entry skills with high level of attention to details.
* Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality and privacy of patient information and patient information system.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the issues affecting women from non-English speaking backgrounds.
* Ability to compose documents to draft stage and drafting general correspondence, including proficient computer and typing skills and demonstrated ability to use and learn relevant computer programs, software packages including Microsoft Office.
* Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
