As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the aftersales process. This includes providing expert product knowledge to clients, addressing inquiries related to resizing, repairs and future modifications.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage aftersales submissions following established procedures
* Perform jewellery condition inspections including photographing and advising clients prior if additional polish is required before sending items into workroom
