What You'll Do Operate a forklift to move materials efficiently around the facility Assist in the belt picking process to separate non-ferrous materials from the conveyor belt Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow strict safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace Work closely with a tight-knit, supportive team What We're Looking For Valid forklift license and proven forklift operating experience Experience with non-ferrous materials and belt picking preferred - but not essential Strong focus on safety, efficiency, and attention to detail Effective communication skills and a team-first mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting Team members willing to grow with the business Your Day-to-Day Safely transport materials using a forklift Sort and pick non-ferrous materials from the belt line Collaborate with team members and supervisors to hit production goals Maintain quality, safety, and performance standards daily Why Join Us?
