The role

Position Overview

This role will support the delivery of reward projects and cyclical activities, including analysis and process improvement initiatives, benchmarking and remuneration review activities and workforce modelling and budgeting. The position reports to the Head of Reward Governance & Performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the cyclical activities of the reward team by managing timelines, setting up and maintaining key systems, preparing supporting material for business leaders & the people team and leveraging reports to provide insights throughout the cycle.
  • Assist with the optimisation of workforce planning through data and analytics, forecasting and modelling.
  • Support the administration and communication of incentive plans and employee benefits.
  • Conduct research & analysis into market practice, internal equity & external competitiveness to deliver high quality benchmarking services.
  • Work collaboratively with the PE team to ensure high quality data is maintained within Oracle, including reporting and liaising with the broader people team to inform & follow up on data maintenance requirements.
  • Contribute to the effective governance of the reward function by assisting with preparation of information for committee and board materials, audit requests and supporting the production of TPG's annual report.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Working knowledge of principles and practices of remuneration, performance management and market analysis.
  • Experience with data analysis, basic modelling, incentive plan administration, record keeping and reporting.
  • Reward consultant/analyst with experience working in or consulting for a listed Australian business in a fast‐paced reward environment.
  • High attention to detail with excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with honesty, respect, authenticity and humility.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline with experience in a related role.
