Job Title: Site Supervisor

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a team of around 10 individuals and oversee the successful completion of intricate projects in the surrounding areas. Required Skills:
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
* Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
* Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and motivate the team
* Familiarity with Bluebeam software for project management
Nice to Have Skills:
* Previous experience in luxury home construction
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction
* Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Diploma or degree in a relevant field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision
* Valid driver's license
Other Requirements:
* Full-time availability, Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3 pm
* Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
* Certifications in construction management are a plus
