Your Role:
The P&C Specialist supports the P&C business as part of the P&C UW Ops team management by undertaking various projects and administrative functions as specified.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Wordings Management: Collaborate with Product and Legal teams to manage and refine policy wording.
2. Core System Management: Work with systems such as Portal and MIDC to enhance overall system performance.
3. Underwriting Process Improvement: Partner with the P&C Underwriting Operations Manager, Product Managers, Head of Transformation, Claims, Finance, Underwriters, and Operations to identify and implement process improvements across each P&C line of business.
4. Compliance Oversight: Take ownership of compliance tasks and ensure their timely completion.
5. P&C Onboarding Program: Lead the development and execution of the new P&C onboarding program.
6. P&C Peer Review Process: Manage and implement the P&C Peer Review process, including preparing quarterly reports for key stakeholders.
7. P&C Goal Tracker: Own, implement, and maintain the P&C goal tracker, providing monthly updates to P&C Managers.
8. Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as the SME for P&C, coordinating business-as-usual tasks with Finance, Audit, Claims, and Risk teams.
9. Quality Assurance: Provide quality assurance support and assist with overflow of P&C Outwards Facultative Reinsurance bookings.
Qualifications:

* Demonstrate a high level of accuracy in daily activities.
* Display excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees and clients at all levels.
* Proficient in MS Office.
