Customer Service Delivery Manager

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to our members.


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional who can manage the front-of-house experience and oversee the reception team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, whether they visit us in person or contact us by phone.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Customer Enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
* Supervise Reception Team: Lead and motivate the reception team to deliver excellent customer service, provide training and support as needed, and monitor performance against set targets.
* Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception area, including managing opening hours, staffing levels, and inventory control.
* Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure that costs are controlled and revenue is maximized.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer complaints and resolve operational issues efficiently.
* Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Relevant Experience: At least 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
