You will need to be friendly, positive and demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect.
You'll also need to have a natural ability to build relationships that make a difference, be honest, helpful and dependable, making you a great asset to our team.Responsibilities will include:Working within a person-centred, enabling environment that respects the rights and needs of each clientAssisting clients with various gardening and yard maintenance supportsAssisting clients with daily errands, companionship and supportProviding support with academic, social or recreational activitiesPreparing food if neededObserve, care and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of the clientResponding to emergency situationsWorking weekend and overnight shifts as rosteredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to learn, develop and take on new challengesCurrent National Police CheckCurrent First Aid & CPR certificatesCurrent NDIS Worker Screening & OrientationJob Type: CasualPay: From $39.55 per hourSchedule:Afternoon shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayMorning shiftWeekend availabilitySupplementary Pay:Penalty ratesLicence/Certification:Police Check (Required)
