**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Due to ongoing career growth, we are seeking an Administration Officer to join our Business Support Team in the Toowoomba Office. In the position you will provide reception and administrative assistance to the Toowoomba office through:
- Attending to front desk enquiries in person, online or via the telephone, including greeting and assisting guests in a welcoming manner into the Mort & Co Toowoomba office
- Providing administration support to the Executive Assistant.
- Supporting the catering team with ordering, setup for functions and clean up
- Coordinating Mort & Co's staff uniform process
**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful in this position you will be a true team player and place a strong value on relationships and teamwork. You will be adaptable and keen to learn and give anything a go. You will also bring:
- Proven experience in Administration
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised and efficient in managing time and tasks.
- Extremely diligent with an excellent level of attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of the Office Suite, particularly word, excel, sharepoint and teams.
