Karratha City Plaza is the largest centre in the Pilbara region anchored by Coles, Kmart and Woolworths plus 3 mini majors and over 50 specialty stores. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive the overall success of the retail centre. Here's a snapshot of your day; - Managing and implementing a calendar of marketing campaign and event activities for the centre - Manage social media strategies, advertising and digital content - Managing all marketing suppliers and agency relationships - Measuring, monitoring and analysing of all marketing activities - Preparation and management of the marketing budget - Liaising with local community and charity groups to raise profile of centre Here are strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful; - Tertiary qualifications in marketing and experience in a similar role within a retail centre environment will be highly regarded - Strong digital marketing background and tech savvy with experience using Indesign, Adobe and other creative programs and analytic tools - Creative, highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and copywriting skills. - The ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations - Willingness to work flexible hours for occasional events and activations.
