Accountant Job Description
The Financial Accounting Manager oversees the preparation of financial statements, including journal entries to the General Ledger and bank reconciliations. Essential job functions include preparing detailed account analysis, analyzing fluctuations in departmental results and variances from budgets, and assisting with maintenance of the General Ledger system and reports.
Qualifications for this accountant position include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and one to three years of similar accounting experience. Knowledge of hotel casino operations is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess basic mathematical skills and be able to communicate effectively with guests in English.
