Lead Enterprise HCM Sales Engineer
About the Role
This is a challenging and exciting role for an experienced Lead Enterprise HCM Sales Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for leading technical discovery and solutioning across large-scale, multi-region organisations.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Enterprise segment
* Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
* Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support before and during calls
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
* Contribute to the development of marketing materials and collateral to support sales efforts
The Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of professional experience in a Presales/ Sales Consulting role with HCM Enterprise solutions or practitioner experience with domain expertise in HR systems
* Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
* Excellent Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills
* Executive presence with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior HR, IT, and Finance leaders
* Strong business acumen and storytelling skills — able to tie technical capabilities to business outcomes like operational efficiency, compliance, or employee experience
