MACA is seeking a Drill Maintenance Supervisor to join the team in a permanent full-time role on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth to the Karlawinda Gold Project.
The Karlawinda Gold Project is located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, 65km south-east of Newman.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience leading a team in a mining production environment.
* Extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics, and repair abilities.
* Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline.
* A current WA driver’s licence and relevant high-risk tickets.
* Attend and contribute to pre-shift, toolbox, and safety meetings.
* Epiroc T45 experience is desirable.
* Good attention to detail and ability to deliver high standards.
* Willingness to take ownership of the drills.
* AMT and Pronto experience is desirable.
