They are currently looking for a Maintenance Officer to commence ASAP in a full-time position!Your new role
* Performing internal building maintenance, including electrical
* Garden upkeep – mowing, hedging, and using a whipper snipper
* Engaging with and managing contractors
* Adhering to a preventative maintenance schedule
* Working within a small team
What you'll need to succeed
* Flu shot – or willing to obtain
* Driver's licence or reliable transport
* Relevant experience
* An electrical background or trade certificate is highly desirable
* Completing a police check
* Contactable references
* Living locally in the Mackay region
What you'll get in return
If successful, you will secure a direct full-time position with our well‐regarded client. The role operates on a Monday–Friday schedule, totalling 38 hours per week. A competitive hourly rate is available, and while a trade qualification is preferred, it is not mandatory. Electrical knowledge is considered a strong advantage.What you need to do now
