Pedders Suspension & Brakes, a leading provider of automotive parts and services with over 75 years of industry experience. We're looking for a versatile and motivated team member to take on a combined role covering deliveries, store operations, and trade representation.
In this dynamic position, you'll play a key part in ensuring timely product delivery, maintaining efficient store operations, and supporting our trade customers with product knowledge and exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing
* Safely and efficiently deliver automotive parts and accessories to customers
* Receive, process, and store incoming stock to maintain accurate inventory levels
* Act as a Trade Representative by demonstrating products, providing support, and following up with clients
* Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked store environment
* Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
* Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in deliveries or stock management

What We're Looking For
* A valid open manual driver's licence and experience in delivery or logistics roles
* Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in delivery or logistics roles is required
* Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a similar field (preferred)
* Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
* Familiarity with automotive parts and accessories, or a willingness to learn
* Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities
* Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items when required
* Ability to lift items up to 15kg as part of daily duties
* A positive attitude and a strong commitment to safety in the workplace
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
