Responsibilities
* Deliver accurate and timely fee calculations for adviser clients across multiple fee structures.
* Support all aspects of revenue processing, including reconciliations and reporting.
* Maintain and improve fee‑related processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
* Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on fee‑related matters.
* Collaborate with technology teams to test and implement system changes or automation enhancements.
* Conduct regular audits to validate fee calculations and revenue records.
* Assist with month‑end and year‑end financial processes, ensuring accuracy in revenue reporting.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies in fee calculations, liaising with internal teams as needed.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to fees and revenue management.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Advanced Excel is mandatory.
* Knowledge of financial services, particularly within banking and financial services operations.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software.
* Attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
