We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join AusFitness Expo and AusFitness Industry, Australia's biggest fitness events
This exciting full-time role puts you in charge of planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns for the portfolio.. Working closely with the Group Marketing Manager and Event Director, you'll define target audiences, lock in key messages, and run marketing activity that drives exhibitor and visitor growth. This includes attendee acquisition, audience development, lead generation, and ongoing engagement with exhibitors, sponsors and partners.

Key responsibilities
Planning & strategy
* Work with the Group Marketing Manager to build the overall marketing plan for AusFitness Expo and AusFitness Industry.
* Work closely with the Event Director to align marketing with commercial priorities
* Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
* Set campaign priorities by deciding which audiences, messages and channels to focus on at each stage of the campaign
Execution & management
* Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across email, digital, social, content, partnerships and traditional media; from briefing through to launch
* Use data to refine existing audiences and grow new ones to support campaign performance
* Write campaign copy across email, digital, social and website channels
* Manage email marketing campaigns including content, targeting, sends and reporting
* Oversee social media activity across relevant platforms, including strategic content planning and performance tracking
* Work with agencies and internal teams to deliver and optimise campaigns
* Support exhibitor, sponsor and partner marketing activity to extend reach
* Manage PR, media and content opportunities that lift profile and reach
* Use the website and digital channels to convert interest into registrations
* Lead and support the Marketing Coordinator
Monitoring & results
* Track campaign performance, manage budgets, and adjust campaigns as needed
* Review ticket sales, engagement and channel performance throughout the campaign cycle
* Report on results clearly and regularly, with insights and next steps
Other responsibilities
* Lead and support onsite marketing activity during the event
* Work closely with other teams across the business to deliver key features and activations
* Support additional projects as required during peak campaign and event periods
About you
* 5+ years' experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns
* Confidence owning campaigns end to end - from planning to execution to reporting
* Digital marketing capability across email, social, paid and web
* Comfortable working with data, reporting performance and adjusting campaigns based on results
* Clear communicator who works well with internal teams, partners and suppliers
* Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design
* Event marketing experience is a plus, but not essential
