About the role As a master technician, you'll play a crucial role in service department operations, ensuring vehicle concerns are accurately diagnosed and repaired to the highest standard. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the workshop team as well as liaising directly with the manufacturer for technical assistance when required.
