About the role
Are you a skilled and reliable Site Installer looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic and growing construction company? Innovative Rigging is seeking a full-time Site Installer to join our team based in Brisbane, QLD. In this hands-on role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality rigging and installation services to our diverse range of construction projects.
What you'll be doing
* Installation of stainless steel rigging systems and products on construction sites
* Set out and set up of job onsite and final assembly of systems
* Operating a variety of tools and equipment to prepare, assemble and install rigging components
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored
* Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to minimise risks on the job site
* Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in the construction or building trades industry
* Strong practical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
* Good hand-eye coordination and physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
* A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport
