Operations Supervisor
This is a hands-on leadership role that oversees warehouse operations, ensuring timely delivery to customers while prioritising safety.
Key aspects of the job include leading a team, cultivating relationships with stakeholders, championing well-being and inclusivity, and overseeing operational contractor management.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer focus, ability to deal with ambiguity and change, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead a team of approximately 20 employees across 2 shifts, Monday to Friday.
* Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, customers and other key stakeholders.
* Champion a culture of well-being and inclusivity within the team.
* Oversee operational contractor management, optimising cost efficiencies and ensure prompt service delivery.
