Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced A&E Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating awareness and stimulating demand for our products and solutions within the consultant and specifier community in Oceania.
* This role involves creating new business opportunities, delivering training, and ensuring that consultants get the full value of our solutions.
* The A&E Manager will drive and execute the overall strategy of our Axis A&E program in Oceania, including building the A&E network.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a liaison between us and the A&E community.
2. Cultivate and manage business relationships aligned with the A&E Program and Oceania strategy.
3. Support consultants by advising on specifications around our network video and audio products, including cyber security and sustainability.
4. Proactively educate the consultant community on the key challenges of the industry and position us as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
5. Educate specifiers on the smart use of our design tools, ensuring system design accuracy and improving their operational efficiencies.
6. Align the A&E program with the activities of our regional sales, building a project pipeline through our Products' specification into new projects.
7. Work collaboratively in a team with peers from Axis sales regions worldwide to ensure development and use of the best practice.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.
* Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor.
* Comprehensive understanding of all facets of the physical electronic security industry.
* Experience working with indirect sales, preferably in a technical sales position from the IT or Security industry.
* Able to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* IT exposure in networking, Understanding of Cyber, IP-based technologies and applications with sound knowledge of network infrastructure is an advantage.
