Your Role May Include, depending if you're part of our domestic or commercial division:
* Service, maintain and repair a wide range of commercial food equipment – from cool rooms, fridges and freezers to ovens and fryers, air conditioners and coffee machines, and everything in between
* Service, maintain and repair domestic whitegoods
* Service, maintain and repair domestic browngoods
* Service, install. maintain and repair domestic coffee machines
* Demonstrating your customer service driven passion to our diverse clientele
* Working as part of a team who are equally as inspired about achieving positive results
What Makes You Perfect for Platinum:
* You may have a certification as a qualified electrician, refrigeration mechanic, appliance technician or a valid gas licence, but not essential
* Ideally a background in servicing domestic or commercial food equipment
* Attention to detail
* Ability to be able to problem solve
* Customer service skills
* Ability to work by yourself or in a team environment
* An ability to be able to communicate with technicians, management & customers
* A valid Driver's Licence
* Be a permanent Australian resident
