About the Role
As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for:
* Leading the service with vision, authenticity, and a commitment to excellence
* Empowering educators through mentoring, professional development, and supportive leadership
* Ensuring compliance with the NQS, EYLF, and regulatory requirements
* Partnering with families, community members, and farm staff to deliver meaningful experiences
* Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high‑quality educational programmes
* Overseeing daily operations, budgeting, enrolments, and team culture
* Creating an environment where children feel valued, capable, and inspired
What You'll Need
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA‑approved)
* Previous experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory compliance
* Current Working with Children Check (Employee) – NSW requirement
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
* A leadership style that is collaborative, supportive, and committed to quality
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
