Job Description
How you'll be making an impact in people's lives:
* Provide leadership and direction for Consultants to meet RTW state benchmarks.
* Develop and implement strategies with team members to progress files to achieve return to work within budget and timeframes.
* Undertake specific services and assessments such as worksite, vocational, functional, ergonomic, equipment, home and job analysis as required.
* Analyse and understand closed and open case performance projections monthly.
* Conduct initial assessments, identify RTW barriers and design/implement/monitor programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce as required.
* Manage and monitor team resourcing and portfolios.
* Engage and lead team to deliver their individual KPIs and develop and implement strategies to address areas of underperformance.
* Involvement in recruitment and selection process and manage comprehensive onboarding of new recruits.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Qualifications and full relevant registration in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic, Osteopathy or Rehab Counselling.
* Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence and ability to travel for work.
* Minimum of one year of relevant experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation.
* Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees.
* Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis in order to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments.
* Ability to consistently provide high level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals.
* Proven organisation and time management skills.
