Solar Sales Manager (D2D Teams + Consultants)
Retainer + Commissions
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Solar Sales Manager to build, train, and lead small door-to-door lead generation teams while managing and scaling a team of solar sales consultants.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands door-to-door, knows how to drive KPIs, and can turn leads into consistent installs. You'll be rewarded with a competitive retainer plus uncapped commissions tied directly to team performance.
We also have confirmed call centre appointments for the team to close.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit, build, and manage door-to-door lead generation teams and consultants across QLD, NSW and TAS.
* Train and coach lead generators on scripts, mindset, and performance
* Set daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for lead generation
* Manage and mentor solar sales consultants
* Ensure quality appointments and high conversion rates
* Oversee sales pipeline from lead through to signed contracts
* Monitor CRM, lead quality, and consultant performance
* Drive sales growth and continuous improvement across teams
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience managing door-to-door or field sales teams
* Strong understanding of the solar sales process
* Experience in recruiting, training, and motivating salespeople
* Ability to hold teams accountable to performance metrics
* Confident leader with a results-driven mindset
* Experience managing consultants and closing high-volume deals
* Ability to work autonomously and build scalable systems
