About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Facility Manager to lead one of our metro Perth aged care facilities.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall operational, financial, and clinical performance of the home, ensuring safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team aligned with Roshana's values.
* Oversee operational, financial, and clinical performance.
* Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC requirements.
* Drive continuous quality improvement, safety, and workforce development.
* Engage residents, families, and staff to foster a positive care environment.
About You
* Current AHPRA RN registration
* Proven experience in aged care facility management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
* Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation.
