Position Description: As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for supporting clients across a variety of funding models and helping them achieve their physical goals. You'll have the autonomy to structure your own day, while delivering assessments, evidence-based interventions, and programs in clinic, at home, and in the community.
Responsibilities
Managing a mixed caseload across many funding streams (NDIS, HCP, CHSP, DVA, Medicare/EPC, Private) – customised to your areas of interest
Providing assessments and treatment for musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions
Delivering chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, and falls prevention
Running individual and group exercise programs, re-enablement services, and hydrotherapy sessions
Prescribing equipment and assistive technology to promote safety, mobility, and independence
Liaising with GPs, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals to coordinate care
Participating as part of our multidisciplinary team in care planning, case conferencing, and clinical meetings
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
Current AHPRA registration (Limited Registration and new graduates welcome)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle
Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination evidence
