About The Role
As the HSW Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring our Health, Safety & Wellbeing operations run smoothly. You'll provide high‑quality administrative support, maintain accurate records, help coordinate safety projects and training, and support workers compensation and return‑to‑work processes.
We Would Love You To Have
Experience in administration, record keeping, reporting or project support.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in regulated environments (quarry experience desirable).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a professional and empathetic communication style.
Coordinate meetings, training, and support day‑to‑day HSW operations.
Manage invoice processing and payments for HSW activities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Willingness and availability for intrastate travel
