Network Access Technician

We're seeking a Network Access Technician to prepare and review complex switching schedules, ensuring safe and efficient network operations while supporting internal stakeholders and customers with expert technical advice.
Responsibilities
NTWK.******* Create Switching Schedule.
Clarify and advise on scope and schedule of network access requests with customers and stakeholders.
Prepare complex switching schedules to achieve the required scope and required schedule, without compromising on safety.
Contribute to continuous improvement of switching schedule matters in relation to team standards, work instructions, training documents, and operational technology systems (primarily PowerOn Advantage).
Attain and maintain the required level of competence to write, check and approve switching schedules – stage 4, level 3 (distribution) or stage 4, level 6 (transmission).
Qualifications
Cert III (ESI Distribution / Transmission Overhead / Power Systems Distribution Cable Jointing) and/or Electrical Trade Certificate and/or Current WA Electrical Workers License endorsed for Electrical Fitting; or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction, maintenance or operations of electricity networks or a related industry.
Demonstrated stakeholder and communication skills with an internal and external field-based and office workforce.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise work, to operate unsupervised, and meet strict deadlines.
