- Support the team and customers in a job where no two daysare the same.
- Working predominately Monday to Friday with the addition ofworking two weekends in a 6-week period (either on call orbased at the Brisbane International Cruise Terminal) andvarying start and finish times allowing for balance, no matterwhat’s important to you outside of work.
- Further develop your service desk/network background withthe opportunity to contribute to technology projects
- Respectful and supportive team workplace
- Remuneration is $94,645 (with yearly increases) plussuperannuation and allowances
- Generous leave allowances including 18 week paid parentalleave (gender neutral) and options to purchase additionalannual leave.

Join our team as an IT Service Desk Officer ,where you will be the first point of IT support contact, assistingstakeholders and customers with IT requests, whilst also helpingupskill our people's digital capability to minimise user-error.

You will predominately be based from the Port Office located atPort of Brisbane with a rotating roster supporting the BrisbaneInternational Cruise Terminal located at Pinkenba.

- You’re experienced in understanding and applyingInformation Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)practices.
- You have good technical support skills in a wide range ofICT disciplines (devices, applications, technologies,systems).
- You’re curious, keen to learn new skills andtechnologies and love working with a range ofstakeholders.
- You’re proficient on Microsoft 365 (Teams,SharePoint, Exchange, Intune), and Azure Active Directory
- You’re a problem solver and love working within ateam.
- ITIL certification is highly regarded.
