At 4id Solutions, we’re powering the future of smart traceability through cutting-edge RFID, NFC, and Bluetooth technologies. We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, customer-centric team player to be the engine behind our internal sales support and customer service function.
As our Customer Service Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming client enquiries—turning conversations into opportunities and helping convert quotes into confirmed jobs. Your mission is to create amazing customer experiences while supporting project delivery and internal operations.
What You’ll Do
• Drive Internal Sales: Respond to inbound enquiries, quote effectively, and proactively follow up to convert leads into jobs.
• Customer Support Champion: Be the friendly, helpful voice our customers love— resolving questions fast and accurately.
• Project Coordination: Assist with managing timelines, tracking job progress, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Data & Documentation: Maintain order accuracy, update CRM systems, and keep internal records sharp and tidy.
• Insights & Research: Support market and product research to enhance our offerings and service levels.

• You love being part of a fast-moving, collaborative team.
• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or project coordination is ideal.
Bonus Skills
• Experience with Hubspot and print industry quoting systems.
• Exposure to manufacturing, print, or tech-based businesses.
• A knack for process improvement and proactive thinking.
