As a key member of our APAC SCADA team, you will work with skilled professionals to develop and maintain system solutions that support wind farms.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular SCADA maintenance according to established schedules
* Respond promptly to unscheduled SCADA maintenance requests through AFRM process via Salesforce
* Provide level 1 technical support for SCADA and OT systems at Wind Power Parks
* Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting on SCADA hardware and software, including networks
* Install and configure SCADA systems to meet customer requirements
* Assist in the resolution of C4C/TSL/CSM tickets
* Action work orders on Salesforce as needed
* Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement improvements to existing processes
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics, or related field
* Strong experience with server operating systems, Windows, Linux, and SQL database administration
* Proficient in using C4C, TSL, MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally
* Good understanding of industrial SCADA systems and their applications
* Able to review technical requirement specifications and design descriptions
* Familiarity with PLC programming and communication protocols (IEC-104, IEC-101, MODBUS, DNP, OPC)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Team-oriented and adaptable with a positive attitude
* Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that requires occasional overnight travel and extended periods away from home. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel regionally. Regular hours will be Monday to Friday, but flexibility to work evenings and weekends may be required.
