About the Role:
Erina Leagues Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Club Allrounders to join our team in Erina, NSW. This casual role offers flexible shifts across various departments, including bistro, gaming, bar, courtesy bus, reception, promotions, and bingo. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be rostered across multiple areas while having a primary department focus, ensuring excellent service and a great experience for our patrons.
Available Departments & Responsibilities:
Bar & Gaming Attendants
* Assist with the operation of gaming machines while ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Process payouts and provide customer assistance as needed.
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee.
* Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations.
* Monitor and maintain a clean and safe gaming environment.
* Adhere to Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) requirements.
Reception, Promotions & Bingo
* Greet patrons, manage enquiries (phone/email/in person), handle function enquiries, and provide club information.
* Process new/renewal memberships, ensure forms are complete and accurate, maintain member records, manage batches and general reception/admin tasks.
* Check ID and sign-ins, enforce club rules, handle transactions, and escalate incidents or issues to supervisors.
* Assist with club promotions, raffles, and member events.
* Encourage member participation in promotions and support the marketing team with promotional activities.
Courtesy Bus Driver
* Safely transport members and guests to and from the Club within a 5km radius in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
* Hold a current NSW Driver Licence.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
* Barista skills are an advantage.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Current RSA, RCG and ARCG certifications or willingness to obtain.
* Full, unrestricted driver’s license for courtesy bus applicants.
