The Role
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Architect to support enterprise and government customers leveraging a leading Search and AI platform. This is a hands‑on consulting role where you will work closely with customer stakeholders, engineering teams, and sales leadership to design, implement, and optimise complex solutions that deliver measurable business value.
You will operate across the full delivery lifecycle - assessment, design, implementation, and expansion - acting as a trusted technical leader. The role requires strong architectural capability, deep technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from engineers to C‑suite executives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse customer business objectives, pain points, and complex technical environments
Gather and translate requirements across large‑scale enterprise architectures
Design end‑to‑end solution architectures integrating a Search and AI platform with broader enterprise technologies
Develop customer roadmaps aligned to business outcomes and platform maturity
Clearly present complex technical solutions and influence adoption of best‑practice architectures
Lead technical workshops, including whiteboarding, hands‑on mentoring, and solution development
Deliver outcome‑based solutions aligned to defined customer success metrics
Lead hands‑on deployments covering data onboarding, configuration, visualisations, alerting, and API integrations
Design, optimise, and scale data models, queries, and cluster performance for high‑volume search and analytics workloads
Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, configuration, data, and cyber security challenges
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Support teams to identify enhancements and address defects
Partner with Sales teams to scope opportunities and assess technical risks and constraints
Mentor and coach fellow consultants, providing technical leadership across engagements
Communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and C‑suite executives
What You'll Need
Proven experience delivering professional services engagements in enterprise environments
Strong customer advocacy, relationship‑building, and presentation skills
Demonstrated technical leadership across full project lifecycles
Ability to clearly articulate business value while remaining technically hands‑on
Experience deploying and operating SIEM, security analytics, or observability platforms (e.g. Splunk, ArcSight, QRadar, or similar)
Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and its application in enterprise defence
Solid understanding of security tooling, detection capabilities, and core cyber security principles
Hands‑on experience with on‑premise systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenStack)
Strong Linux experience
Good understanding of networking, containerisation, serverless architectures, DevOps, and infrastructure automation
Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go, Chef, or Puppet
Understanding of database concepts and architectures
