A newly created opportunity currently exists to join BOQ's Group Process Optimisation team which has been recently established to optimise group process maturity and performance to enable more efficient and effective ways of working.
This is an exciting opportunity to make the role your own, whilst creating significant change impact across the Group.

This position will suit an individual with extensive operations management leadership experience combined with a demonstrated background delivering process transformation initiatives.
Proven change management, team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills will be essential to your success.
