Your mission will be to identify process improvements across our finished vehicle logistics business operations and drive both profit improvements and efficiencies.ResponsibilitiesWork with sites to improve their processes in line with LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies.Deliver project improvements with focus on identifying opportunities, process re-engineering, driving efficiency through process change, and redesigning and implementing operational layout changes.Provide guidance and support to sites to enable them to successfully conduct and complete Kaizen activities through training, coaching and data analysis.Develop and maintain BPE tools: such as 5S & Scheduling tool, performance boards, productivity reports, utilisation reports.Guide and drive our operations teams to achieve and maintain target levels on our site accreditation program.QualificationsWhat are we looking for? 
Our ideal candidate is tertiary qualified in industrial engineering (or related) and has solid experience gained in a related role in any industry (preference for logistics / supply chain, manufacturing, resources, or related).
