Procurement Supervisor Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Supervisor to lead a small team in providing support services to the Procurement Team, WesTrac team members, and suppliers for non-Cat goods and services. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with procurement reporting and governance.
* Lead a team of professionals in procurement support services.
* Oversee team reporting and ensure accurate data is presented.
* Coordinate audit and compliance activities to maintain governance framework.
* Maintain procurement team governance framework, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound support requests.
* Oversee vendor pre-qualification and onboarding.
* Lead contractor administration, including licenses and tickets.
* Identify and collate Continuous Improvement opportunities for the team.
Requirements:
* Experience leading and managing a team in supply chain/procurement.
* Good knowledge of procurement reporting.
* Experience overseeing key controls for procurement governance and compliance.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong time management, planning, and organizing skills.
