Prime Opportunity - Civil Design Lead
This is a quality Civil Lead opportunity with projects in retail, commercial, industrial and residential subdivisions (up to 1500 lots). Complex Urban expansions and challenging terrain. Your practical designs which create "outside the box" solutions will be well rewarded. Oversee the design process from end-to-end with the support of a high performing Civil team including Senior staff.

You will benefit from working closely with a well-respected Director, who has over 25 years industry experience, to further develop skills in business development. This is a solid management opportunity, with diversity and development. This consultancy understands that not everyone has the same career aspirations and timelines. You can either head down a highly technical role or you can take on a more business development/leadership role.

About you
* You should hold solid experience in subdivision projects, roads and local projects.
* Civil Engineering qualifications and stable work history within local engineering firms.
* Excellent management / leadership and communications skills obviously a must.
