Lease Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Lease Administrator to join our fast-paced Town Centres Lease Management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-level administrative support, ensuring the preparation and administration of leases and associated documentation comply with relevant legislation and internal policies.
About the Role
* The Lease Administrator will be responsible for preparing offer documentation for lease renewals and new leases, assisting in procuring internal approvals, and monitoring progress of documentation and milestone management/tracking.
* The successful candidate will also ensure lease-related requirements, such as bank guarantees and certificates of currency, are received and are in acceptable form.
* Additionally, the Lease Administrator will identify and assess risks associated with business activities within Lease Management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare offer documentation for lease renewals and new leases

About You
* Prior experience in a retail lease administration role or administration manager role with an institutional landlord or large retailer is highly regarded.
* A client service focus, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, is essential.
* The successful candidate must be able to work unsupervised, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.
* Strong attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication skills are required.
