An exciting opportunity has become available within the Office of Education, Strategy and Quality. We're seeking a proactive and organised professional to support key University initiatives in a role that blends executive-level administration with project coordination.
You'll provide high-level support in planning, research and documentation – preparing project briefs, reports, business cases, meeting records and correspondence that ensure clarity and consistency across initiatives. As a trusted first point of contact for the Director Learning Teaching Futures, you'll manage diaries, coordinate meetings and build strong relationships across the University and local communities.

Position Requirements
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and large corporate information systems.
* Demonstrated experience providing senior administrative and high-level project support, including preparing accurate and well-presented documents and reports.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively within a team, and negotiate with stakeholders.
* Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, University policies and procedures, along with a broad understanding of issues relevant to the tertiary education sector.
* A relevant qualifications and significant experience in administration, or an equivalent combination of skills and training.
