* Mentor and develop the technical and leadership skills of Leading Hands
* Maintain personnel levels to meet fluctuating schedules
* Monitor projects to ensure quality standards and profit objectives are met
* Manage workshop scheduling to maximize efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A trade qualification with over 5 years of experience in a similar field
* The ability to read, interpret, and apply safety procedures, operating instructions, and technical manuals

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills and be able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. A strong understanding of MS Office Suite is also desirable.
