Solahart GC, Redlands and Beenleigh, based in Burleigh Heads and Yatala, is a long-standing leader in solar hot water and energy solutions on the Gold Coast.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a mature, reliable Trade Assistant to join our team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, is an independent thinker, and can support our plumbers and electricians both on site and in our warehouse.

About the Role
As a Trade Assistant with Solahart, you will play a key support role across our installation and service teams.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Assisting plumbers and electricians on site
General labouring and installation support
Deliveries and collection of materials (truck licence required)
Organising and maintaining the warehouse
Maintaining Stock Control and Inventory
Loading/unloading stock and preparing jobs
Ensuring safe and tidy work environments at all times
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Mature, reliable, and safety-focused
Basic understanding of working with tools and supporting tradespeople (job training provided)
Able to follow instructions and work well within a team
Physically fit and prepared for hands-on work
Independent thinking and problem solving aptitude will be highly regarded
Proactive, organised, and able to take initiative
A strong communicator with a positive attitude
Required Skills, Experience & Licences
HR/MR Truck licence (essential)
Forklift Licence (Preferred)
White Card, or willingness to obtain
Experience as a Trade Assistant, labourer, or similar role (preferred)
Basic ability to use hand and power tools safely
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
