About the Role
As a Medical Imaging Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of the clinic, providing exceptional service to patients while supporting smooth daily operations. You'll collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service
* Schedule and manage radiology exam bookings efficiently
* Perform clerical and administrative tasks with accuracy
* Maintain patient records and data integrity
* Communicate professionally with patients, referring doctors, and internal teams
* Process billing and payments, including Medicare, DVA, health funds, and WorkCover
About You
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service
* Organised, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
* Comfortable using digital systems for bookings, records, and billing
* Positive, collaborative, and professional attitude
