* Maintain confidentiality, uphold duty of care, and respond appropriately to identified safety risks, including domestic and family violence.

About you
You are an empathetic and dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting families to create safe, nurturing environments for children. You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring strong communication, organisational, and case management skills.

Additionally, you have:

* A degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
* Experience providing support to families facing vulnerability or disadvantage.
* Experience supporting families affected by domestic and family violence
* Demonstrated ability to engage and support families from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
* Strong case management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
* Sound understanding of family systems theory and strengths-based approaches.
* Proficiency in maintaining accurate client records and using case management systems.
* A current, unrestricted driver's licence.

We Can Offer You
