They are now seeking an experienced Production Estimator to join their team. In this role, you will play a central part in the construction process, ensuring projects are accurately costed and prepared for delivery. Working closely with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will combine technical expertise with clear communication to support projects through their early stages. Key Responsibilities Review architectural plans and site conditions, preparing accurate Bills of Quantities and take-offs Estimate labour and material costs for tenders, planning, and scheduling Prepare specifications, contracts, purchase orders, and work orders Liaise with contractors and suppliers, confirming scope and pricing Maintain and update pricing within Buildertrend and estimating software Research new products and materials to improve project outcomes About You Proven experience as a Production Estimator in residential construction Background in extensions/renovations or custom builds is highly regarded Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and pricing IT savvy, with proficiency in estimating software Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams A collaborative approach - confident in your work, but team-focused Why Join?
