* Key Responsibilities Include:
* Administrative Support: Undertake tasks such as typing letters/policies, accommodation allocation, telephone calls, mailing, filing, record compilation, calendar bookings, liaising with Remote Health Sites, travel/vehicle applications and bookings, data entry and filing, producing reports and correspondence to internal and external stakeholders.
* Stock Management: Maintain and order stock, stationery, linen stock purchasing, delivering, sorting, distributing and auditing stock.
* Meetings and Events: Provide administrative assistance to meetings, including scheduling, agenda and document collation, minute creation and dissemination, and assist with scheduling and administration of education and in-service sessions for Assets, Facilities, & Support Service teams.
