About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Workforce Management Business Partner, you will facilitate, on behalf of the Operational Support Centre (OSC), the deployment of Workforce Management strategies within the wider ASPAC. This will include stakeholder and customer relationship management with operating functions that derive service from the OSC ensuring alignment of staffing budgets to the commercial strategy set for each business unit. You will act as a governance and liaison point to confirm OSC commercial KPIs associated with the Workforce Plan. You will be responsible for supporting the day to day reporting functions and assisting in the development and delivery of workforce management initiatives.

Tertiary qualifications in a business, human resources or technology service delivery discipline
Demonstrated experience with workforce management methodologies
Well-developed technical skills with MS Office products and relevant technologies
Experience with workforce scheduling and demand management
Knowledge of relevant awards, agreements and related legislation
Good knowledge of customer operations and the factors that influence them (in Productivity, KPIs, service levels, and the relationships between quality, productivity, billing, and employee satisfaction)
Knowledge and previous experience of workforce management and rostering systems will be highly regarded
