Service Desk Advisor Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Advisor to join our organization in a part-time capacity, working 16 hours per week. This role is based in our Geelong Head Office and offers hybrid work options.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to technical incidents, service requests, and IT-related problems from users in a timely manner.
* Prepare detailed documentation of all Service Desk issues and resolutions.
* Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 IT Support as required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A VCE or equivalent qualification.
* ITIL Foundations Certification.
* Experience in a fast-paced service environment and a strong customer service ethic.
* Knowledge of core business systems, including Active Directory and Server Operating Systems.
A COMPTIA Certificate and knowledge of the Private Health Insurance industry are highly desirable.
