Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow Cotality's WA real‐estate portfolio. You will be responsible for championing digital solutions and understanding the digital landscape to drive portfolio growth and new sales. In this role, you'll own a WA SME customer portfolio, predominantly within the Real‐Estate sector, while acting as a strategic partner to our clients. You'll coordinate sales execution, develop territory plans, and lead key account strategies to ensure measurable outcomes and increased market share.
What You Will Be Doing
* Manage end‐to‐end portfolio growth for the WA SME customer base.
* Present and activate Cotality's digital listing portal solutions with clients.
* Maintain high levels of customer engagement through a structured operating rhythm.
* Develop and execute a strategic territory plan aligned with state objectives.
* Lead key account strategies and negotiate deals with major clients and partners.
* Measure and report on sales performance versus budget and provide corrective actions.
* Gather market intelligence to inform product and sales strategies and influence decisions with insights.
Job Qualifications
* Essential: Demonstrated experience with a proven hunter mentality and 3+ years of B2B digital sales experience.
* Expertise in CRMs, data platforms, and digital listing ecosystems.
* Strong B2B business development and strategic sales planning skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage senior‐level customer relationships.
* Commercial acumen to balance client needs with business priorities.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively within cross‐functional teams.
* Ability to travel across the region as required for key client engagements.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in the real estate industry or understanding of construction and finance markets.
* Experience using project management tools to track portfolio execution.
